Tuesday 13 October

Gouache-style illustration of a bearded priest in a dark robe, sitting on a rock under a tree near the shore. His mouth is open as if singing, and one hand is raised in front of his chest. A group of brown-skinned people in soft-colored cloth garments sit and stand facing him; some also appear to be singing. Behind them are outrigger boats, a blue-green sea, a green island and coconut palms.
